Advent 2023 - Day 1

wiseheartWhich means that for the next four weeks I won't have to think of a subject line - yay! Thinking gets more exhausting the older one gets. *g*
Anyway, I was crafty today and finished what might be the front page of my Christmas-themed quiet book - unless I change my mind. Here it is:
I'm very, very happy with the outcome. Now I have only one more page and the back cover to make. It should be doable until Christmas, even with the binding, but at the moment I don't have a really good idea for either design. Will have to browse YouTube, perhaps I'll get inspired.
Not much else happened today. I cooked lunch, we rearranged the bath to its original configuration (well, more or less) and I made my baking plan for the weekend. Foreseen are three sorts of cookies on Saturday and another three on Sunday - unless I decide to make a seventh sort to save some overripe bananas. We'll see how dead I'll be after the first round tomorrow.
Tomorrow is also laundry day, so the truth will become known. We are both firing on Louise to start in the morning in old reliability. *fingers crossed*
