What a Sunday!

wiseheartI got up early (by my definition) so that Mum could attend to Mass via telly. While she was doing that, I managed to write... a lot! I've finished the scene from yesterday, wrote a brand new scene (admittedly, a chatty one, those are easier than actions) and started a third one. I came to a total of two A/4 pages (hand-written), so I'm very happy with the outcome.
Fair-wise I was busy, too. I've finished my Santa pencil holder (=transformed tin can), which turned out quite nicely, I'd say. And I've wrapped all 24 kandis sticks in cellophane and decorated them with little ribbons, so that they now look like lollies. There might be a photo tomorrow, assuming we'll have enough light for the mini to operate.
After all this (around 2pm) I decided to take a nap - and woke up two hours later! Fortunately, we had leftovers, so lunch wasn't postponed until midnight, and I really needed that sleep. The downside is that I'm always more or less zombified for at least an hour after waking up... the fog has just started lifting from my brain half an hour ago.
Not much else happened. I've taken a baking break, so tomorrow I can continue with renewed energy. I still have 26 different sorts of biscuits to bake!
