Feeling queenly

wiseheartI got crowned today, after all. I had to wait almost an hour at the dentist's - she had a particularly complicated case before me that lasted longer than expected - but now I am a royal person, hahaha! Only that I got the crown on my own merits, not because I would have married some guy of royal blood!
In any case, it was a hot and unpleasant morning, so not much else got done today. On my way home I did some last-minute grocery shopping, then we had a very spontaneous lunch - Wiener Würstchen with tomatoes, cucumbers, Butterbrot and ice cream - and then we both had nice, long naps. Mum had done the rest of the ritual washing-up in my absence, so she was equally drained.
We decided, in complete agreement for a change, that we'll leave the putting away of the china for tomorrow morning and be lazy (=brain dead) for the rest of the day. Long live crap telly that contributes greatly to that particular programme!
