I've baked my orange- and lemon-favoured biscuits this morning; lots of them. The physiotherapist lady was impressed, even though they aren't glazed and decorated yet. Glazing will happen tomorrow; decorating perhaps on Friday, assuming that I'll find Zuckerschrift at the Auchan supermarket. Aldi, Lidl and the Hungarian chain CBA Prima didn't have them. Naturally. Why would they have any right before Easter? *is pissed off*

I also improvised a rather unusual lunch: Blumenkohl mit Käsesoße und Baconwürfeln, im Ofen überbacken. Sorry, I just can't say that in English. In any case, it's a cauliflower dish with cheese sauce, baked in the oven. I used the water in which the cauliflower was boiled to make a gebundene Gemüsesuppe, using some chopped carrots and parsley roots, as well as the egg white left over from baking. Mum was enthusiastic over both things, so I won't have to cook tomorrow again. Yay!

I also had two long, nice phone chats with my young (ex-)colleagues and friends, Alex and Gaby. And watched King Charles III visit Germany. All in all, an eventful day. I even squeezed in a tiny bit of writing.
