Advent, Day 11

wiseheartAlso the third Sunday of Advent, otherwise known as Gaudete Sunday. Just showin' off my liturgical knowledge. *g*
We had a quiet day. I overslept by almost an hour, so going down to Lidl was instantly deleted from today's to-do-list. As it was also quite cold and windy in the morning, I decided that we'll live without price reduced Spanish raspberries, after all. Since I was late with everything, the whole morning got eaten by the usual chores, and not even much cooking was done. I've made a different filling for the remaining pastries from yesterday - and we had leftover soup. That was about it.
In the afternoon I've re-watched Episode 5.01 of Primeval, to jot down the remaining dialogue I might want to use for Timescapes - only to find a printed-out version from earlier as soon as I was done. Why do these things keep happening to me is a puzzle. Aside from having a memory like a sieve, that is.
It is the usual nihil magnum on the telly, since it's Sunday. Weekends are always particularly useless where TV-programme is concerned. We might watch the Advent concert from Dresden on ZDF later, though... or, at least, listen to it with half an ear.
