More craftiness

wiseheartI've made another 6 Christmas cards, and I've finished the train itself. Alas, the buttons I used for wheels turned out a bit too heavy, but those are the only ones in the right size I have - and the only ones I've got 6 of. So they'll have to do. Also, I won't be able to use the sliding mechanism from the tutorial because I've made a mistake right at the beginning, but there's another option to make it work. Not as good as the original, but I won't tell it the 2-year-old recipient, so hopefully, there won't be any complaints. [/sarcasm]
Other than that, I cooked lunch, which was yummy: stuffed chicken joints and Tütensuppe. We weren't able to eat it all, so there will be leftovers form yesterday for tomorrow and leftovers from today for the day after. Which is good, as both days promise to be busy, and I wouldn't be able to do much cooking.
