wiseheart... for not having commented properly for a while. My days have been so full with... nothing, basically, just chores and housework and bouts of physical and mental exhaustion. I'll try to do better by you, I swear!
That said, today I made an early food run, then assisted our cleaning lady, then spent a couple of hours with restoring the original configuration of the flat... and then it was 2pm already. We ate leftover soup and a sandwich and vegetated in front of the telly for an hour. Then I spent another hour or so with finally rearranging my musical sheets, grouping them accordingly the three events we'll (hopefully) have in the next four months - we practice for them in no particular order, but it helps to have them separated.
Socially, it was a good day, as H. (Little Emma's grandmother) and my friend Evie called me back (I'd tried to reach them yesterday), so there were some highlights to the day. Still, both Mum and I are quite tired, plus she managed to lie on her left hand in an awkward pose last night, so now it hurts and she has little strength to it. We put some special salve on it and she was wearing that... thing I had once bought for myself when I strained my thumb for half the day, so it's marginally better now. But she really didn't need any additional pain beyond her already aching joints. :(
