Lazy day

I didn't do much today, TBH. Just didn't feel like it. Slept marginally longer than usual, then finally sewn on the last dratted sequins and cut out some base page parts for the other pages, but that was about it. Even the cooking was done by Mum, the poor thing, because when it comes to traditional food I can't compare myself with her. So we had Kartoffelgoulash mit Würstchen and leftover soup. For the rest of the day I just vegetated in front of the telly. Yeah, I know. Bad me. But tomorrow promises to be a busy day again, so there's balance, I think.

Oh, but I almost forgot: there was ONE important event! The grandson of my friend Ilonka was born today. And since I used to be the teacher of the young mother once, back in the Stone Age, I feel like a honorary grandma.

I do not know if it´s the same with you, but my willingness for activities goes with the weather outside. And today our weather was outright depressing.

As you say, balance is important. I fed a friend's cats, did laundry, and finished sewing a blouse. That's it.
