I'm really baffled by how fast the days go by. Especially the mornings are over so fast, even though I regularly get up at least one hour earlier than I used to while still working. Of course, I didn't have to help Mum with her morning rituals while still working, and she's slowed down considerably due to her age and the accident a year and a half ago, which means I have to slow down to her speed, too, but still...

Anyway, today I finally got around to wash my hair - the new hair-washing day is now Tuesday, so that I'd look almost civilized at choir practice in the late afternoon - and the physiotherapist lady and me figured out a way for Mum to get a more or less proper shower... hopefully. We'll see if it indeed works; I hope it does.

I also had errands in the morning: getting more medicine for Mum, finally dealing with the bank, dealing with stupid Vodafone and their "wonderful" new system that simply doesn't make any sense, and doing some shopping at the Auchan supermarket. None of the shops offering craft supplies (among many other things) had anything I'd want to, so that was saving money - which I happily spent in the afternoon before choir practice in the sewing shop. *g*

Choir practice was nice, as usual. Two events are planned for this term and a third one for February, unless Covid strikes again. Almost all of the pieces are ones we either sang before or planned to sing in the last two years when our events were cancelled, so we just have to refresh them in our memory. *fingers crossed*
