Baking and crafting progress

wiseheartI've baked the cashew-coconut balls and the banana-walnut-chocolate cookies early in the morning, when it was still pleasantly cool. Then, in the afternoon, I made the spinach pancakes. They are layered and waiting in the fridge to be cut in cubes tomorrow.
I've also made some modest progress with the fish. They all have their scales now and 5 of them waiting for their eyes to be applied tomorrow.
We had laundry day, too, and I had nice, long phone chats with my friend Evie and Little Emma's grandmother. All in all, a successful day.
