Another busy day

But in a good way. I went to the bank in the morning and hopefully dealt with the gas company problem. The bank clerk told me that the company sent the wrong ID to a lot of people, all of whom then got a letter that they haven't paid their bill. We both hope that it is going to work now, as the clerk corrected the ID on the transfer order. *fingers crossed* (BTW, one of Mum's friends has the same problem, and she lives at the other end of the city...)

Anyway, I then visited the local Kik store and bought some sparkly pom-poms and coloured pom-pom bands and foam stickers that I absolutely don't need. But they were cheap, they were pretty and I decided that I've earned a bonus for dealing with the bank. It is always so stressful, for me anyway, even though the clerks are really friendly and helpful there.

Afterwards, I went to school to order my monthly eggsies. That was fantastic, because I met almost all my friends. Everyone was happy because I took the felt eggs I originally made for the Oldies two years ago but never got the chance to deliver, and gifted one upon everyone who would want one.

I'm sure elwenlj will recognize the trimmings they are decorated with. *g* I only have 4 of them left, but those will find their way to eager recipients, too, I'm quite certain.

Then I dropped in to Lidl to buy some ginger ale and came out with three (!) full shopping bags. Baking supplies were on sale, and anyway, this (hopefully) means that I won't have to leave the house for the rest of the week. Considering that I still have to do most of my Easter baking and decorating, that would come in handy.

Also, Mum had her weekly visit from the physiotherapist lady, and I worked a bit on the castle puzzle pages. All puzzle squares are completed, all I have left to do is to finish stitching the background to the page base, which is halfway done, too. *insert relieved sigh over the lack of Velcro sewing in the upcoming days*

Thanks! No luck, though. All of the shelves were empty except for one packet of whole-meal spelt flour, so I bought that and I'll just make do if I need flour.
