Crafty day again

wiseheartToday I put my lazy rear into gear and made the page bases for the second baby book. If anyone wants to know, this is the YouTube vid I use as a template, although mine won't contain as many gratutious tags as the original one:
My main problem with these scrapbooking vids is that the people who post them almost always overdo the embellishments by at least 30 per cent. I like my embellishments to actually have a function, instead of just being pretty.
In any case, the page bases are done, and I've made extensive notes - and drawings - for tomorrow, so that I will hopefully be able to finish at least one full page... perhaps two. We'll see.
Not much else happened today. At least my cold seems to growing weaker (*fingers crossed*), so that I was able to sleep through the night, which was a true relief. Mum and I shared kitchen duty: she made the spinach, I made the Roesti and the fruit salad - actually, just various kinds of fruit, all grated in one bowl, so that Mum could eat some fresh fruit as well. We watched some telly and generally took it easy.
