elwenlj as a birthday gift. The e-mail I got from LJ to inform me about this redirected me to this place:

Unfortunately, I've never bought anything online in my entire life, and this doesn't answer my basic question: what can I actually do with these tokens and how can I do it? So, if anyone could me navigate through the pitfalls, I'd be eternally grateful.
(It shows what a fossil I am that I need help with such easy things probably any 10-year-old can manage in their sleep...)
