Poinless entry is pointless

wiseheartBut I promised myself a complete chronicle of the plague time, so here it is today's report. I basically didn't do anything today, save for a bit of inevitable housework and a half-arsed attempt to rearrange the right side of the little cabinet over my desk. I'm not happy with the results. A new concept must be worked out, but I have none at the moment. Ah, well.
In the morning we had relatively pleasant temperatures, so that we actually could leave the windows open until a little beyond noon, before the heat wave hit again. I called H. as Little Emma had turned 2 yesterday. It makes me sad that I couldn't get her birthday present - the quiet book on which I had worked for months - to her in time, but I really couldn't go over to them. They live outside the city, in a village, and I have no car. With tram and a coach it takes an hour and a half to get there, and the same to get back, and I just can't leave Mum alone for half a day - not to mention the exposure. I'm not sure the virus got the memo that it's been beaten...
