Apparently it's 37°C outside, which is a lot for this corner of the world. I went to Lidl in the morning; at half past seven it was already quite warm. But then we let down the Venetian blinds and closed all windows and simply tried to survive.

However, I managed to finish the cookbook, after all. Here are the last pages.

Pages 26-27:

Pages 28-19:

Unfortunately, I didn't have any more teddy pictures for the last pages, which is why I chose a different lettering for the last recipes, just so that they'd be prettier. Page 1 is the front cover, of course, which is already done, but I can't take any photos right now. Tomorrow, I swear. I also created some individual recipe sheets that can go into the various pockets and am very pleased with the outcome. There might be some cosmetic corrections yet, but all in all, I'm done and free for the upcoming [livejournal.com profile] picowrimo session.

Yay for writing!

What a wonderful present for the little chef! Love the background papers you found for the various pages--even I might think about cooking if I had something like this to work from :)

eta: Yesterday's game was a bit nerve-wracking, but I imagine your mum is satisfied with the result.

Oh, yes! We're both evilly satisfied. *g*
Although, TBH, I felt a little sorry for our team. They were really good; better than any other Hungarian team I've seen playing for a long time.

Ugh, how awful. Hope the heat wave doesn’t last. Your cookbook is wonderful. It’s a work of art.

Well, the heat is certainly unpleasant, but still better than thunderstorms and hail, which would further damage our already wacky balcony. So I count my blessing as far as I can.

I'm glad you like my little book, though. :)

I can't take credit for that one. It was in one of the craft paper pads I bought -surprisingly cheaply- in the Aldi supermarket, years ago. It was called the Cottage Garden collection.
