It can't be Friday again!

It just can't! Where has the time gone?

Poor Mum didn't have a good day today. Mostly because she's so incredibly nervous about the control visit at the hospital tomorrow, I think. It started at lunch when she could barely eat a thing. Then she started shivering, then felt feverish (although I didn't find her forehead any warmer than my own), but refused the fever thermometer, saying that she didn't actually want to know. She felt really warm when I got her up from bed for the evening but cooled down once she was sitting in her chair.
She feels marginally better now but I'm afraid of the night already. We'll have to leave for the hospital at stupid o'clock, fortunately, so I hope to get this behind us as soon as possible.

It is nerves, mostly. She's afraid of the control — what if the doctor won't be satisfied with the level of healing, or if we'll have to wait for hours (it can happen) and all that. She worked herself up very much about all this.
