Advent, Day 6

Happy St. Nicholas Day, everyone!



And since this is traditionally a day to give small gifts (usually to children), I made another two cards in a great hurry to post them to friends that were left out of the list by oversight. I won't have the time to make any new ones, so I'm afraid any latecomers will get ready-made cards. I'm sorry.

Anyway, here are the really last ones:



Other than that, I made a short trip to Lidl because we had a sunny day and dragging home multiple flasks of mineral water while it rains and everything is slippery would be a pain. And weather forecast promised lots and lots of rain for next week. Isn't it wonderful?(/sarcasm)

Anyway, I've posted the next chapter of "A Stitch in Time" to otherworlds_lib and am about to post the next chapter of "Elvenhome" to AO3. Afterwards, the newest part of Das Große Backen is on the programme, and then some rest because tomorrow is monthly cleaning frenzy day. *sigh*

Our 'family time' talk to the children in church today was about St Nicholas and the gentleman doing it gave the children a stocking filled with packets of sweets to take into our Sunday School room, much to their great joy!

Alas, the ornament is just a pic I found on Pinterest. I wouldn't mind having one of these, though.
