VICTORY !!!

My retirement papers have just arrived. I'm officially a retiree now!

Granted, I still have to run my circles with the German Rentenversicherung, but I only worked in Germany for 2 years, so the difference will be minimal.

Goodness, I am so relieved I could cry!

I don't know if there is such a thing as a bubbly Tokaji - we don't drink much and practically no wine. But we finished what was on the bottom of a small bottle of black currant favoured vodka as a proper celebration.

Apparently there is, I have about 8 bottles of it in London. It appears in Aldi and Lidl at Xmas, but maybe it's a gimmick for foreigners. It's good though!
