Chapter 12 - Harkness Redux has been posted to otherworlds_lib.

In which we're dealing with some wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff, learn something about PC Andy, have a few hints of possible office romances and Jack and Ianto have a Discussion(TM), about both work-related and private matters.
