I wouldn't venture onto the internet without a known reliable antivirus programme either. I don't trust the ones you can download yourself. I pay each year and mine just updates automatically, usually several times a day. I feel safe knowing that I'm being constantly updated to repel,anything nasty. I wish there was an antivirus programme for humans though, then you wouldn't be ill.
