More fun with ff.net

Oh, joy! (Insert curse words of choice!)

Does anyone else experience the same as I do? Now the reviews show up in chronological order, ie. You see the first ones first and the latest ones at the end. And if I'm not mistaken, ordered by chapter, too. It'll be so much more complicated to save new reviews, I can't understand why they are doing this.

And you *have* to save your reviews, as ff.net is bent to delete stories whenever someone reports you for abuse of their TOS, regardless if they are right or not. JastaElf's case proves it.

Yes, yet another ff.net 'improvement' that isn't. It made much more sense to list the reviews the old way, with the most recent shown first (and besides, they already DID have an option to sort the reviews by chapter, for those people who preferred to read them that way). So why this latest change? Who knows. All I know is, I hate it too.

Ooh! Yay! /sarcasm

I haven't been to ff.net in weeks, so I haven't seen all this malarky.

I liked the old way they sorted the reviews, it made sense, and let people see other readers changing opinions, and since most people I know only read things if it has favourable reviews, that was a kinda useful thing.

I have all the notification e-mails saved since it's easier and I'm somewhat lazy.

True. But when I saved the whole page of the erview board, I only neded to turn it into a doc file and had everything together. Now I'll have to copy&paste all the reviews individually... it's annoying.

And nowadays they are making these stupid changes without even announcing them on the main page, so that we could brace ourselfes for the shock. (insert other rude words of choice!)

Ah yes indeed. FF.net is being as annoying as ever. :(
