Indeed. I've had my paid account and extra userpics thank to some generous people for years, and it's really a fantastic gift people have made me. I love having lotsa icons (not that I could make one for the life of me), and I don't know how I could get a paid account from here, what with our weak currency not accepted anywhere else and stuff...
