In other news, on Monday it goes back to work. I am partly relieved that I can finally leave the flat, partly sad that the blessed peace is going to end. But I have to earn a living somehow, and considering the current state of our economy, I must be glad that I have a job to begin with.

Well, I'm glad you're recovering from that awful cold, but sorry you're losing the peace of your flat. I hope your week has gone well so far: we're on the downhill side, sliding toward the weekend as of Thursday!
