Where are the little gizmos?

Am I missing something or have those little thingies you can use when you comment an entry really vanished? There is *one* smiley face next to the Subject field, and not even that seems working.

Cyberlife never ceases to amaze me.

The emoticons DO seem to be missing in action for some reason. I hope they come back eventually.
