It is, isn't it? And it doesn't appear too hard to make - unlike the hexagonal thingie. I believe the guy in that vid had very special cutting patterns and the respective tools/punchers to make those lacy designs. No living person could possibly cut those by hand and come up with such completely identical pieces.
