The Twelve Cards of Christmas

Dear flist!

I've sent twelve hand-stitched Christmas cards on their journey. One of them, as I've been told to my delight, has safely crossed the pond between the British Isles and the old contintent. Thanks for telling me, lindahoyland!

I'd like to ask the others to drop me a line, too, when their card arrives... just so that I know I won't have to send another one. *g*

Oh, and I've got yummy Christmas prezzie from disthrainsdotte! Thank you, Dís, my dearest. Mum sends her thanks and her love, too. *hugs*

Update: The hand-made Christmas card from badly_knitted has also arrived. It's incredibly beautiful. Mum is impressed, too. Thanks, my friend!

I wish Misty a quick recovery. :)
The truth is, I posted the cards, then realized I'd forgotten to make a list who has already received one and whom I still have to send one. This is my sneaky way to figure out that. *g*

Thank you. Misty is doing much better - at least for now. He's getting close to the age where his teeth should stop growing, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he won't need surgery again.

BTW, your card has arrived today. It's a thing of beauty. Mum promptly confiscated it to have it on her coffee taable, where it's visible from every single corner of the living room. :)

Thanks for letting me know it arrived - it's taken a week, which isn't bad at all. Knowing the British postal service, I'd expected it to take longer =)

I'm watching our postal service with deep suspicion, too, but it seems they've actually done their jobs. Wonders never cease to exist...
