I agree with spending on Christmas Markets - I have been careful about spending money, too, this year, but yesterday I could not resist and left a good hundred Euro at two different Christmas Markets. My excuse is that I bought all my Christmas presents, there, so... Gluehwein is the thing that is irresistible to me, but ONLY at Vhristmas markets. I never drink it under other circumstances. And all those lights, and the happy mood, and the sweet nonsense people are selling which you KNOW you never need but still cannot resist buying... Oh, well. ;DDD

At least, it's only lasting four weeks in the year.
