I read and enjoyed the first chapter of 'Vox Angelica', but I fear I rarely comment on stories outside LJ -- and never at ff.net because I gave up my account there when they first started pissing me around. I suspect a lot of people just don't look to ff.net for good writing, because it's in such short supply there. Have you tried posting to rarelitslash (despite the name they take all genres) -- it's got a large readership, even though I note recent posts haven't got a lot of feedback.
