It's winter here, so it is Brussels Sprouts (yum!) time. I've never "got into" asparagus, possibly because I was forced to eat them as a child (over-boiled and soggy - cauliflower is also on my "ruined in childhood" list, even with cheese sauce!).
Perhaps I should revisit asparagus next season .....
