Well, I linked a lot of those stories to telekis_vendiak, although only the comm members can see the juicier recs. I don't mind slash, either, although the way too obvious sort of it (like McShep or Apollo/Starbuck in our current case) tends to bore me out of my head.

That's why I like Karen's stories. Sure, she did write her fair share of the obligatory A/S, but her best stories, "The Lieutenant's Daughter", "Warlord", "Out of the Past" or "Ties of Kinship" have other pairing or a different focus altogether. She's also a very good writer, technically, I like her style.
