My card to you will be a bit late, my husband came home from the rehabilitation hospital a few days ago, then suffered a setback and had to go by ambulance to the Emergency Room at the main hospital. He will be discharged possibly tomorrow to a skilled nursing center, if the insurance will allow it, or else home, but I will have to purchase a lift, a machine with a sling that will lift him from the wheelchair to bed and vice versa. With this setback, I guess the outpatient physical and occupational therapy three times per week at the rehab hospital will be put off. He is so disappointed and depressed that he has regressed. Not to mention, my son is home from work for the week with a very contagious upper respiratory infection. When it rains, it pours.
