Yep, I know. That's why I don't have the modem connected. And why I havee Norton Antivirus running in the background all the time. *And* Live Update to said Norton Antivirus. In all the years I've had my cable access, I haven't "acquired" a virus, and this was the first time that I had problems with spyware. *sighs*

I surely hope we can fix the frigging firewall, so that I can post to SoA again. It *must* be the firewall, since I tried to edit my last chapter from the school computer and succeeded.
